Non Refundable Items
Due to the nature of our products, most of the items are perishable goods and cannot be returned or refunded. We ensure that all products are of good quality when they leave our hands. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds or Exchanges
In the event that your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please reach out as soon as possible and we will determine if you are eligible for a refund. If approved you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. No refunds will be approved after 7 days of receiving your product.
